Simon lives in a bubble. He wakes up, goes to work, comes home, eats dinner, falls asleep. Then does it all again. It is a small, orderly life, and Simon has never thought to question it—until Mia, his companion, arrives.
Mia knows exactly what is expected of her. At first, she plays her part. But when she begins to question the purpose of their carefully constructed existence, she discovers something she was never meant to know—something that threatens Simon’s beliefs and cracks open their entire world.
