Onstage, a digital installation pulses and mutates: data points folding into numbers, letters, DNA, a shadow, a heartbeat, the outline of a body.
In her laboratory, Ada cultivates plants and runs genetic simulations, testing the boundaries of growth and decay.
Her partner Edward brings home a humanoid companion — built to last.
As the installation evolves, their work collides in ways neither can control. This play explores intimacy, mortality and survival at the edge of the human body.
Where life strains toward uncanny forms of legacy, it asks what remains of us — and what might continue — when our bodies cannot.
